The relatives of teenagers missing after a tragic fire at a bar in a Switzerland's winter destination are facing an painful wait for answers and pleading for information about their family members publicly.

The inferno engulfed the a popular bar in Cans-Montana, located in the Swiss Alps of south-west Switzerland, in the early hours of New Year's Day. Confirmed video show the ceiling being engulfed in flames as beverages with fireworks are raised in celebration.
